Many years of professional experience as administrative lawyer and company lawyer. As administrative lawyer profound knowledge on land registration law, administrative law and matters of civil registry law. As company lawyer focus on contract law inclusive commercial law as well as conduct of cases. As legal adviser of German firms focus on corporate law, commercial law, employment law as well as customs law. Expertise in matters of financing projects of foreign investment in Romania. Author of many articles in Romanian und German law journals about business law with focus on German - Romanian economic relations. Author of the first comprehensive analysis in the German speaking area about foreign investments in Romania and about Romanian employment law. Author of numerously client brochures concerning Romanian business law.

Dr. Julian Teves is admitted as Rechtsanwalt into the Bar Association Frankfurt am Main and as Avocat into the Bar Association Sibiu/Romania. He is also member of German Bar Association and of German Bar Association’s International Section.
